WHICH FORMAT WILL MY IMAGE HAVE?
As a rule, we paint on canvasses with the dimensions 40x50cm. Depending on portrait or landscape format, your picture will be 40x50cm or 50x40cm.
FROM WHICH AGE CAN YOU PARTICIPATE?
We recommend a minimum age of 14 years.

CAN WE COME ROUND OUTSIDE THE OPENING HOURS?
No you have to do a booking first.You are planning to book a teambuilding event? However, this requires a little preliminary planning from our side. Please contact us in this case on our team building page

CAN THE EVENT ALSO BE HELD ENGLISH?
Naturally! Our course instructors are also happy to guide you in English.
CAN I BRING A DOG?
Since we have to take other students into consideration, this is unfortunately not possible.
WHAT CLOTHES SHOULD I WEAR?
We recommend clothing in which you feel comfortable. You do not have to worry about stains, because you get an apron from us.
CAN WE MAKE A BIRTHDAY- OR BACHELORETTE-PARTY WITH YOU?
Yeah, sure! You will have a great time!
CAN WE EAT AND DRINK WITH YOU?
Yes, you can take whatever you need. Of course we also have drinks and snacks for you.
I AM A WHEELCHAIR USER. CAN I ALSO PAINT WITH YOU?
Naturally! Barrier-free painting is possible with us.

HOW CAN I BOOK?
You can easily book on our homepage within a few minutes. Click on the "Events" button in the top menu and choose the date, picture and number of painters. After entering your contact details, the booking is already done!
CAN I ALSO PAINT WITHOUT PRIOR BOOKING?
Our painter idea is very popular and usually we are already booked in advance. That's why we cannot accept walk-ins right now! Click

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY BOOKING?
You can change your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment. Please understand that in this case, however, a processing fee is due.
- For a rebooking up to 5 days before your appointment, the processing fee is 15 EUR.
- For a transfer in less than 5 days before your appointment, the fee is 30 EUR.
- Sorry, but stay less than 24 hours until your date, we can not change the booking anymore. Please contact our customer service here: graz@paintit.at, and send us your booking number and the desired date, and we are happy to help!

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY BOOKING HAS NOT BEEN CARRIED OUT?
